        Policies
Alcohol  The consumption of hard liquor is not permitted on the premises. Accomodations will not be offered to persons appearing to be intoxicated. 
Cancellations  If a cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival date, a charge of $ 50.00 per room will be withheld from your refund. A cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date, will result in the forfeiture of one night's room rate. 
Check In Time  Check in time 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. (Flexible with prior arrangements) 
Check Out Time  Check out time: 11:00 AM (Flexible with prior arrangements) 
Children  Well-behaved children are welcome at The River's Edge. 
Deposit  A deposit of one night's stay is required in advance in order to hold a room for two or more nights. A deposit of $ 50.00 is required towards a one night stay. Payment accepted: cash, travelers check, or credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Personal checks are accepted. 
Minimum Stay  No minimum stay is required. 
Payment  Payments accepted: cash, travelers checks, and credit cards. We accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and MASTERCARD. If arrival date is 10 or more days out, we accept personal checks. 
Pets  In consideration of all guests pets are not allowed. 
Rates  Room rates are based on double occupancy, plus tax. (Rates are subject to change) Please inquire about special rates for extended stays (excludes holidays or special events) Extra guests are $ 15.00 per day. Rollaways are available.
